A FODMAP-free Diet
I have currently a strict diet prescribed by a doctor that I have to follow to keep myself in working condition. Below is the list of what I can eat.
If I am working somewhere outside, I must have an access to a kitchen, a reasonably-equipped shop and time for cooking, or then catering has to consider this diet. I have to keep up a standard eating rhythm, but as long as I have time for snacks etc, I am happy.
If I have made a human mistake with this diet, I will need to have quick access to restrooms while working for quick emergency bathroom breaks. This is inconvenient for me, but also something that I can easily control when I follow my diet.
